Error Messages

  • Write the error message down
  • What was the last thing you were doing?
  • New Software?    New Download?

Follow these steps and stay calm...

  1. Write the error message down !
    This not only helps you remember the error, but will help if you need to call for assistance.
  2. What was the last thing you were doing?
    Were you just turning the machine on? Getting on the Internet?
    Working in a program? Trying to shut down?
  3. New Software? Were you downloading new software, upgrading old software?
    Try uninstalling and then reinstalling.
  4. New Download? Something might not have downloaded properly try it again.
